Cancellation Policy for SamDunas Tour Trips

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all our customers:

1. Cancellation Timeframes:

  • More than 30 days prior to the trip: You are eligible for a full refund of the trip cost.

  • Between 15 to 30 days prior to the trip: A cancellation fee of 25% of the trip cost will apply.

  • Between 7 to 14 days prior to the trip: A cancellation fee of 50% of the trip cost will apply.

  • Less than 7 days prior to the trip: Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe.

2. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking. For credit/debit card payments, it might take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • PayPal refunds will follow PayPal's refund processing timeline.

3. No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not show up for the trip without prior notification, no refunds will be issued.

4. Partial Cancellations:

  • If you are part of a group booking and wish to cancel only a portion of your booking, the cancellation policy still applies to the canceled portion.

5. Trip Changes:

  • If you need to change the date of your trip, it will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Force Majeure:

  • In the event that the trip needs to be canceled or altered due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other situations beyond our control, we will work with you to provide suitable alternatives or refunds.
